Our process begins with recruiting. Recruiting is formal and rigorous. Recruiters, at P.K.W., take the time necessary to screen, thoroughly interview and technically qualify all potential employees. References and backgrounds are checked.

Once hired, our consultants, in addition to their other job responsibilities, are required to follow a professional code of conduct. P.K.W. monitors each assignment. We regularly communicate with you and our assigned consultants to ensure that project deadlines are met and issues or concerns are addressed and resolved immediately.

At assignment completion, our consultants become available for other assignments. One of our primary objectives, at P.K.W., is to provide our consultants with continuity of employment.
